Spring 2023 Crops
Carrots, tomatoes, peas, potatoes, onions, garlic, lettuce, beets, turnips, radishes, kale, collards, squash, broccoli, cabbage, scallions, cauliflower, swiss chard, leeks, kohlrabi, arugula, cucumbers, eggplant, watermelons, okra and herbs.
Greenhouse sewing of spring tomatoes will occur the first week in February. Additional first succession sowings will occur by the end of the month. We are expecting our first spring succession harvest around mid April!
